Terms & Conditions – ORIGIN Meals App

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ORIGIN Meals platform, including without limitation the ORIGIN Meals iOS application, Android application, and web application (collectively referred to as the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the App.
1. Ordering and Subscriptions
1.1 Eligibility and Order Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders through the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all order information, including delivery address, is accurate and complete.
1.2 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment details, you authorize ORIGIN Meals or its third-party payment processor to initiate charges on your payment method. Pre-authorization may be used to verify available funds. Modifications to the order prior to delivery may result in adjusted charges.
1.3 Subscriptions
ORIGIN Meals offers recurring weekly and monthly meal subscription plans. You may pause or resume your subscription within twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Unused credits will expire after twelve (12) months. Notification will be sent at least one (1) month prior to expiration.
1.4 Pricing
Prices displayed in the App are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn at the discretion of ORIGIN Meals.
1.5 Refunds
You may cancel a subscription within two (2) hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated at our discretion.
If you cancel or modify any scheduled meal within forty-eight (48) hours of its delivery time, we may be unable to process a refund. While we understand that plans change, late changes affect our production and delivery schedules. In these cases, any refund or credit issued will be at the sole discretion of ORIGIN Meals and is not guaranteed.
2. Delivery and Fulfillment
2.1 Delivery Conditions
Orders are delivered only within designated service zones. ORIGIN Meals reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery due to safety concerns, inclement weather, or incorrect delivery information. Once a delivery is made as instructed, ORIGIN Meals shall bear no liability for loss, spoilage, or theft.
2.2 Use of Third-Party Couriers
Delivery may be executed by third-party couriers. Necessary personal and order information may be shared with such couriers solely for delivery purposes.
2.3 Product Availability
If an item is unavailable, ORIGIN Meals may contact you to offer a replacement. If no substitution is chosen, the item will be excluded from your order and you will not be charged for it.
3. Food Safety and Health Disclaimer
Meals are prepared in facilities handling common allergens. Although efforts are made to minimize cross-contamination, ORIGIN Meals does not guarantee allergen-free meals. You are responsible for proper refrigeration and reheating of meals. ORIGIN Meals does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any dietary program.
4. Weight Loss and Health Claims
ORIGIN Meals provides nutrition-related product information for general reference only. Any statements regarding health or weight-related outcomes are illustrative and not assurances of specific results. Actual outcomes may vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding individual success or health benefits.
Participation in ORIGIN Meals' services does not constitute medical supervision or treatment. You are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider before adopting any nutritional plan or making changes to your diet.
5. Subscription Modifications
You may pause, skip, reschedule, or modify your subscription up until 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day prior to delivery. Changes requested after this cutoff may not be accommodated.
6. Account Management
You may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. Notifications
By using the App, you consent to receive notifications, including order status updates. Notification preferences can be managed through your device settings.
8. User Submissions
Any content you submit, including reviews or feedback, must comply with applicable laws and must not be defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant ORIGIN Meals a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of ORIGIN Meals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Copy, scrape, or commercially exploit content without permission
- Interfere with App functionality or security
- Misrepresent your identity
- Attempt unauthorized access to ORIGIN Meals systems
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIGIN Meals and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORIGIN Meals, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
13. Communications and Notices
You consent to receive electronic communications from ORIGIN Meals, including legal notices. Communications will be deemed delivered when posted on the App or sent via email to your registered address.
14. Termination
ORIGIN Meals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, these Terms will survive to the extent required by their nature.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within the Kingdom.
